That's the special thing about a 10.0... a 10.0 represents both a 10, and every number greater than 10. I mean, some games a reviewer would give a 15 if they could, and some games are barely at that 10.

Zelda OoT had the mystical perfect 10.. meaning it wasn't even close to a borderline 10. They could have wanted to give it a 20 for all we know (meaning the game dropped 10.5.. not so close anymore is it?) . But when a game gets a 9.5, and two 10's, it reflects on those 10s as being borderline.

That's just what I think... no matter how confusing it may sound
