No, there are (to my knowledge) no CRT's that support DVI. Mind you, since every TFT I've seen won't support res higher than 1280 by 1024 via the DVI, I would consider this totally useless ATM.
If you going to go for a proper gaming CRT, make sure it has a nice small dot pitch (about 0.25 is as large as you want to go - the smaller the better), and can support decent res at 75 Hz. The monitor I'm sitting in front of now is a 21" monster that does 100 Hz at 1600 by 1200, and it's great.
Of course, if you only play your games at 1024 by 768, then this is the highest res you need go at. Personally though, I can't stand any desktop environment which doesn't have at least 1280 by 1024... my home setup currently runs 4 virtual desktops on two monitors, with a combined res of 2560 by 2048. I love lots of desktop real estate...
If you're looking for a nice CRT manafacturer, IBM and Iiyama are two makes I am very comfortable with.
