Well Jason, whenever myself or someone in the family is sick, we get sherbert and gingerale and even when I'm sick, it tastes good. And when you're sick, eating something that tastes good is a treat all in itself.
Stay in bed. Watch TV and read books. And if you can summon enough strength, take a shower. I usually feel better after doing so. Get well man.
