Germy, Prof, Zebra -- Andy Reid out if this season continues to go south?

I sure hope so! You sure hear what the sports radio personnel are saying about him. There's also a Philly comedian, Joe Conklin, who does impressions of all the coaches and players in Philly sports. They use him mostly for Reid though, which is great. I wish I could find the audio clip from yesterday making fun of Reid.

Speaking of that, it reminds me of this song from last year. In which Conklin does impressions of the commentators. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PwAS8qojqk

And I'm glad the Lions are doing well. Even the Bills look promising to be a spoiler for every team they play this year.

I think the Bills are gonna come back down to earth. Hard. Maybe even starting with the Eagles.

I'm not an Eagles fan and don't follow the organization or the division outside of watching a few games. But from what I can tell the Eagles have a lot of talent...but maybe it isn't meshing well? I dunno. Seems like there is a lot of internal frustration.

I'm still undecided on the Lions. As a Bears fan I am scared shitless. The Bears have given up a ton of offensive yards. I'm prepared to see some poundage on Monday night. It's going to be a hell of a game though.

I'm really excited to see Packers vs. Lions in an offensive shoot-out.

I hope the Eagles continue to screw themselves over for the rest of the year. Maybe that will finally get them to fire Andy Reid and his coaches. The Eagles look awful top to bottom, and it all starts with the coaching. Nobody's trying to play anymore, which makes it hard to even want to watch them.

On a lighter note, it was a ton of fun to watch the Eagle's explosive offense during the 4th quarter. If they tighten up the offense and find some consistency they might just have the most destructive offense in the NFL.

The Bills also gave up a fuckton of offensive yards. Granted, they created a bunch of turnovers...I still think come crunch time the Bills are going to fall short.

The Packers are a force. That's a fact. I can't wait for the Packers vs. Lions offense showdown.

And it looks like all the Teboners will be blessed with the grace of the holy Tebow. Praise Tebow.

It's a blessing that you think so highly of the Eagles. We're having a tough time, especially after that Phillies loss. I agree with both the Bills and Eagles at the current time, but still...The Eagles really have to overcome a lot to even make the playoffs.

I think their main hope is that the NFC East is just terrible... It would take 9-2 for the Eagles to go 10-6, but if they could somehow sneak the division with a 9-7, maybe they have a chance.

Yeah, I get the frustration. Believe me. Chicago has had to deal with the Cub's shit forever, and the Bears have an awful GM and coaching has been shitty for a long time now. Even when we saw proactive Lovie Smith and good defense, we had the sex cannon at QB. Remember good Rex, bad Rex? I try not to. Now we have a good[?] quarterback, but our defense is sagging, and Mike fucking Martz is deploying a pretty goofy offensive scheme. When Jay Cutler is like, "fuck this! I'd rather give the ball to the running back than throw it," you know something is messed up.

My point is the Eagles have some huuuuuge weapons. Dallas is choke-tastic. The Giants are pretty iffy. And I'm pretty sure the Redskins are the most volatile team in first place right now.

I've watched enough bits and pieces of Eagles games this season to think that it comes down to: better game management and not making dumb mistakes (like being offsides on defense during a 4th down).

I'm not familiar enough with the organization to say whether or not letting go of Andy Reid will improve the situation. You certainly can trace a lot of management issues back to the coach. But I can say that your team is flippin' stacked. You have an explosive offense, and the defense played pretty solid today.

Just my 2 cents. Wish you the best. I like the Eagles, I think they're my preferred NFC East team. I was always a McNabb fan.
