Sounds like you're eating a lot and having a good time.
I've been to Dublin (twice) Limerick, and Cork and had a good time there on tour. I can't remember the food too well, but I had some kind of Irish Stew which was delicious. I assume you've put down some Guinness as well. Can't get it any fresher from the tap than there.
Anyway, Ireland is cool. If you're in Dublin, check out a show at Whelan's. We've played there twice.
