Not yet, but I will.
In order to get the Red/Blue starters you have to trade them from FireRed and LeafGreen to Pearl/Diamond.
The only catch is you have to have the National Dex in Pearl/Diamond in order to get pokemon from the GBA games.
The only starters that are really a pain to get are the Gold/Silver ones. I think they can be unlocked on one of the GCN coliseum games, and if you get the National Dex in Emerald, you get to pick one as a reward.
