It was a big day for us, a few members joined our team including a Zubat which I named Bruce for obvious reasons I hope, a Psyduck I named Field after one of my residents who always seems to be suffering from a migraines. Machop which I named after Acebot's roomie because he is short but packs a punch and an Abra which I was gonna name after TSM for giving me the tip, but the sukowodo or lichitung are too good to pass up, and read the description and only person who suffers from using their mind and need to sleep for 18 hrs was Teuthida.

We also won our first gym badge, the gym itself was pretty easy with only two challengers before Roark, but Roark kicked my ass... I should say his Cranindos did... the headbutt would destroy most of my time in one hit, it didn't help that his Geodude/Onix would use stealth rock which would cause damage whenever I switched in someone.

In the end, we won and now we can equip Rock Smash to use. Also had my first run in with Team Galatic and my first Team Battle.

Have the fashion case now.

Just FYI abra doesn't learn an attack until it evolves at level 16. Teleport go baby! But in all pokemon games pretty much he is the only psychic you can acquire for at least the first half of the game. Plus Alakazam is too cash not to have always. In the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald series though you get Ralts and he is straight up money. Gardevoir is amazing.

I ended up using a Tm on my Abra so he could attack. This way he could be more usefull at the whole leveling up thing. Even though I have not beaten the game he is still my strongest pokemon,
