After-workout power drink

I don't take any special or extra stuff when I'm working out. But then again, I don't want to be a tank.

I just want to be slimmer then I have been for 23 years now. Granted, I am doing resistance in addition to cardio, but I personally don't feel the need to look...weird I guess. Just not something for me. Slimmer, some muscle, but I don't want to overdo it for myself.
