Don't ask me how I know this... but this does work. It won't get rid of it completely, but it will help it make less obvious. Since a Hicky is just blood pulled up to the surface of your skin, just massage it. You are going to break up all the blood that has been "sucked" there.
You do understand that you now have to explain the story of this "Hicky".
