Thanks for the recommendations. Turns out for the first book I have to read for another class is 1984 so that works out well. Always meant to read Ender's Game so I guess I shall. Remember the Iliad far more than the Odyssey for some reason. Perhaps I'll reread the latter. Could take place on one of the many places he visits. I'll look in The Painted Bird. Currently reading Fahrenheit 451 for myself. Just started reading but itching to draw that mechanical hound...no one tell me what happens.
