Man the Eagles look like crap. Trotter being ejected (for NOT throwing a punch, apparently) is killing them.

They have nothing against the run because of it..but as usual, I'll have faith in the Eagles till the end of the game. They're still in it, they just don't have the stats that back it up really.

I feel like I'm watching a bad highschool game after that botched lateral to Westbrook. Rediculous. This does not look like the Eagles team I know and love.

This is all I can say...The Eagles played like **** and still almost beat one of the supposed competitors in the NFC on their home turf. They should have won that game by a couple of touchdowns.

They actually should have won 16-13. Akers missed two field goals. They didn't look too great though..but it's only the first game, and hardly any team will win every game. It just sucks when you lose the first one, but it's all right. There's still next week.

Does anyone else feel like this is a weird football year? I guess some things have happened that haven't happened for a long time. Cincinnati is 3-0, New England already lost a game, the Packers kind of died, Tampa is 3-0, Carolina was able to beat New England, but not Miami or New Orleans. Maybe these things just happen.
