buy a tv tuner you mean? you cant download hardware. best you can do without bying anything is downloading it over a network or internet wifi.

I also want video conferencing software. If the PSP is going to succeed, these desires will need to be met, either through Sony or Hackers. The video conferencing will need to be compatible with Apple's state of the art iSight web camera.
