That brought a chuckle to my heart, but questions to my head. Are the people too dumb to realize that 19,000 yen and $150 are almost the same? Or was that on purpose?

that was the purpose of it. Because for the past year before they released that price everyone had been laughing and claiming the PSP would be upwards of $300.

Right, but that's the low end model that is devoid of most multimedia enhancing extras. It will be interesting to see what the more expensive models cost.

Isn't that how they're doing it? Three models? I could have sworn that's what I've read numerous times.
