I think it is pathetic that we can focus on one case for so long. Think of the thousands of people that have been murdered since the trial first came about.

I'm not trying to start an arguement.

I'm just asking how this can be. Basically, the judge has ruled that if you kill a baby while in mother's womb, then it's murder.

Huge precedent.

it's been debated over sooo much, and you're absolutely right by questioning the concept but that's just the way it is. I shouldnt have jumped on you like that (I didnt mean to) but that whole issue has been beaten to death. personally, I'm against abortion.
