Re: Segaton!
This is good news... Sega can add their knowledge to the making of a new Guilty Gear which will feature Sonic as a hidden character

Re: Segaton!
Bad news. Because Sammy has always been talking about making more pachinko machines rather then games so I dont see good in the merger.
And why did sega have to sell to Sammy? There are tons more companies that are better to buyout sega then sammy.

^ Nice red X
Anyway, I agree with Jonbo, anyone else couldve taken the series further. Nintendo, Sony, Micro$oft, Capcom, EA or any others wouldve been good

I hope Sonic's glorious days on the Genesis are revived by this new company.

Re: Segaton!
Alright I want this SEGA dissing to stop. They made some amazing games back in their day, and they still make some pretty awsome games from time to time, and their sports games STILL beat those from EA.

Why'd you have to go and say a thing like that? I'll just put it like this, Sega's sports have good gameplay, but nothing mind blowing, as does EA's Sports games... the difference is EA changes enough in there games from year to year to warrarnt another purchase.
I remembered when Sega predicted that they would be the biggest third party in the industry by the end of 2003...
Sega is a joke now... EA Sports>>>>>Sega sports, EA>>>>>Sega, period.

I was under the impression that it was a hostile takeover. 78% of the shares.. holy crap. That is a LOT. Even after their previous stake.
