I had no idea when they were rolling it out though. My hotmail hasn't been updated yet though, so...... dunno

Didn't do anything special, every day I check my hotmail maybe once just to delete some crap which would be taking up space. Yesterday I noticed I somehow had only 1% taken up, so I was like "sweet".

Hmmm......They didnt upgrade my hotmail....they just shut it down for 2 hours...

All of my friends have 250 mb. I don't have a hotmail, but I'm pretty sure everyone's getting this.

It's the fall plan. To combat Yahoo AND gmail, they're boosting everyone up. If you're not being boosted up, Microsoft hates you and wants you to die.
