How MUCH do you eat?
Let's say we're talking bread here. I eat 2 or 3 slices in the morning and about 6 at noon. Plus some fruit and a drink.
I also drink a lot of water the whole day... about 1,5 or 2 liter a day I think.
In the afternoon I need some energy so I often eat a chocolate bar or someting.
For diner, I usually have 200 or 250 gram vegetables, euh... 300 or 400 gram macaroni/rice/potatoes/... and sometimes an egg, some cheese or a vegetarian burger.
Later I drink some more soda, some chocolate products... or perhaps some cereals...
Enough milk-products of course (being a veggy and all).
