That's an awesome story and I'll believe it's a ghost. Whether or not ghost really exist, I'm not sure. But it's a lot more cool and interesting to think it's a ghost then high storm activity on the sun. But if I was in there, I think I'd ask to be moved. It'd be cool to see it happen though.

it would be really cool if they could catch it on video camera or something...hell i would like to go there just to witness it myself...

I'd be interested in seeing that video... Inmate leaves cell, guard waltzes in and places objects and leaves, inmate comes back and is startled...
