Default New nintendo ownership to be co-ownership

Yamauchi says he will (or wants to) retire before summer. He also stated that nintendo would be run by a board rather then just him. Of coarse nintendo already has one, but he is still the one who makes the choices. This time it would be that they all agree on things.

I like how PGC puts it:

Without Hiroshi Yamauchi’s strong leadership, Nintendo would not be the company it is today. I honestly don’t think any one person could replace him, so Nintendo being run by a group may be for the best. I also love the idea of the developer fund and am interested to see what talent and fresh ideas are uncovered as a result of it.

Interest of the gamers?! Hah!

The interests of the gamers are secondary; making great games is what Nintendo are second best at.

What they are first best at doing is making heaps of money. I'll bet Nintendo made more profit off the Christmas season than anybody else. Good ole lovable corporation!

They always make more profit then anyone else, ALL the time.

Some people must face the facts, that all of these companies want lots of money...

Me too.
