GTVGA RPG of the year
It's been all about innovation this year. With KOTOR breaking in as probably the best action RPG ever and Final Fantasy XI taking the Final Fantasy series online. It's going to be close.

Re: GTVGA RPG of the year
Its very hard to choose between KOTOR and Mario & Luigi. I never expected M&L to be so good. Hmmm...

Re: GTVGA RPG of the year
I wasn't impressed that much with KOTOR, even though I finished it completely. I finished it in two rentals.. both light side and dark side. After doing that, I said to myself that I should have finished off Suikoden 1 once and for all instead.
Fire Emblem is my one of my most liked games on the GBA. It pwnz.

Re: GTVGA RPG of the year
Why isn't Final Fantasy X-2 on here? It probably wouldn't win, but it definitely deserves a spot. And Fire Emblem is a strategy game, RPG elements don't make it an RPG.

Re: GTVGA RPG of the year
Wow... I think I am the only one on here who truly hated KOTOR. I just absolutely couldn't stand it.
I vote Superstar Saga.
