I found this site on a search for Catch as Catch Can. Believe it or not, the old martial art that is the root of pro wrestling is still being taught and is even gaining in popularity since No Holds Barred fighting has become more popular.

This link is just for the history page, but I recommend looking through the whole site. Its really interesting. Hell, I even ordered the "Lost Art of Hooking" 10 tape set. Man... I'm such a mark.
