In the all mighty Animal Crossing, what is the best time of the year (and day...?) to go fishing for fish that $ell good?

There's only one way, and it happens to be the best in the game. Just catch Red Snappers and Barred Knifejaws at the sea while it's raining and you'll stack up the bells.

There is no other good way.
