GTA4 ideas...

i was thinking on how gta3 could be improved upon.

for one, better graphics. i'd like to see smarter ai that don't just shoot at you all the time of course new vehicles and more aircraft. and maybe a bike and scateboard. that would be fun to knock some kid off then pedal away. i'd like a new city. like maybe one or two missions at liberty at the beginning but then you fly out of there for some reason or other. i'd also like to be able to start my own gang or mafia and have some people work for me.

any ideas?
