Unhappy Is Factor 5 Doomed to be a One-Trick Pony?

http://www.gamers.com/news/1340456

I wasn't the biggest fan of Rogue Leader or whatever it was called, and personally I still don't see what people find in the game, but eh.

Anyhow, this is only Factor 5's second game on the GameCube, and it's a sequel to their first game as well as one of the few games they made on the n64. I'm sure the fans of the game will be a little thrilled at this, but I'm sure Factor 5 has enough talent and skills to make games in another genre or series.

I hope they get a new name...

And I hope they add more levels and stuff. I would like for this game to expand past the movie era. Have a few missions from the X-Wing novels and comics. Pilot Corran Horn's green X-Wing against Ysanne Isard and such.

A few missions against the Yuuzhan Vong would be even better

*thinks of everything he would like to be in the next Rogue Squadron sequel*

*wonders if there's a chance any of it will come true*

*shrugs and walks away*

I'm happy that Factor 5 is doing another one. I liked the first 2 on the '64 and 'Cube. After seeing what they did with the 'Cube one, I want to see the graphics pushed almost as far as they can go. They've had the time to figure out the little things that make the 'Cube show better, so they should really exploit them with RS III

I hope they crank the difficulty back up to the levels of the first one. RS was easily one of my top 5 favorite n64 games. I really like RL but it was no where near as good as RS.

I hope they don't ever get anywhere near the level of difficulty of the first one. The first one was near impossible on several levels, I still haven't been able to beat one or two of them without cheating.

Although I do agree that RL was little bit too easy, I preferred that level of difficulty to the original's.

This is good news in my book, I loved Rouge Leader. I wonder what kind of levels we will be seeing...

Good to hear that. Can't wait to find out what else they have coming.
