Default Where do u see yourself in 10 years? On the couch with a controller in your hands?

I read someone's (forgot whose) sig here, "There will come a time when you just have to put down the controller" or something. So I was remember of a question....

When do you think you'll stop gaming?? When you're 20 (not!)? 25? 30? 40?? Never?!?

I think it will just cool down very slowly. But I don't think it'll ever die off here. I have the feeling I'll always be playing Zelda games. That's just one game series I want to play entirely.

But when do you think gaming won't take so much time?? Like, less than 2 hours a week? Less than 3 games a year?? When will gaming come on the 10th+ place in your life??

i'd say 65+, or maybe never. i just cant see myself growing out of something i love so much. i dont just play games for fun, mostly its the wonderful experience i get, whether from an epic RPG, or a quite and subtle ICO-type game. sure, as i get older i'll have less time to play, but as long as video games remain as excellent experiences, i dont think i'll ever stop playing them.

20.. lol.... I really do not see myself playing too many videogames during/after university.

But then again, I might be wrong.

Probably all my life. I love video games, but I don't think it's life. I'll just get less and less excited through the years.

I'll have an interest in videogames all of my life, but the amount of time I spend playing games will decrease as the years go on...especially once I have a wife and kids

As long as Nintendo is pumping out High-Quality titles. The day Nintendo dies is the day Videogames die. Hopefully, forever.

I'm going into the biz of making them, so there's absolutely no way I'm stopping any time soon. But, I won't be playing as much when I'm 40 as I will be as a tester in a few years.

As soon as I'm too busy, and no longer care. Has happened numerous times in my 17 year life.

There is this guy that I play SOCOM with... He lives in Florida, lol... And he has a wife and 2 kids, and he plays SOCOM non stop. I guess you can do that when you are really successful, though. LOL. His wife plays games too, so it is cool. He doesn't get yelled at because of it, lol.

Ill play them with my grand children, and complain about these "new fangled things", and talk about how games back-in-the-day were much better.

Or until Nintendo leaves...whichever comes first...

Very soon,hopefully.

No offence to you guys, But,videogaming has killed my social life. I'm getting sick of siiting infront of the T.V/Computer Screen wasting time when I can be outside hanging out with my friends instead of being an antisocial person who never leaves the house
