Metroid Prime 2
http://www.gamerfeed.com/index2.php?story=1060
Well, I'll be damned it took something like 8 years to get a sequel to Super Metroid, then you got two games released within days of each other, now you got yet another sequel to the series on the same console. This is just weird. Well, there isn't much word on it, but I wonder if Nintendo will use the movie as an advertising vechicle.

If anyone else here has seen the ending you get if you finish the game with 100%, I doubt this would come as much of a surprise...

Yeah, this is no surprise. Though I still hope they can manage to make more then just MP2...
"team members were throwing around the idea of including a multiplayer mode in the sequel."
This part makes me happy!

Lol, but what would you do for four-player? Like, four Metroids going at it?

Well, I'll wait until IGN/Gamestop posts this as news before I get my hopes up but I can't see this as being anything but a good thing.
One thing you can count on. It won't be called "Metroid Prime 2" nintendo wouldn't stand for it.

Lol, that sounds kind of bad . Or, maybe I just thought of that with my sick mind.
It would rock if it had co-op mode though.

Well I don't wanna tell what happens, but the Metroid endings are basically like the ED endings... they're all pretty much the same except for the best one which has an extra scene that does nothing but set up for a sequel

I think it would be great if the game had 4 player co-op play... With a few tewaks to the design it could be done. (but I think it shouldn't require more than 2 players to get 100% best ending)
