Ikarugua Official for GCN release
Well from the mouth of the horse itself, it seems that EGM was incorrect in saying that Ikaruga wouldn't get a US release. According to Nintendo it will be released in the early half of this year.

Umm... do you realize I was selecting my method of shipping for the import when I saw this post? I guess I'll wait.

So... uh... does that mean the Gamecube isn't ending up like the N64?

I know, I know. I'm name calling.
Well, at least our GCN lineup is better than last year. Remember: From January to July, we got like Eternal Darkness and Sonic Adventure Two: Battle? Now, this year.. we have Zelda, SC2, Ikaruga, 1080 2, and FF:CC, not to mention many others.

Yeah, it's Ziff Davis. *Pimp slaps Dyne* BTW, it's cool to hear that at least this rumor was just a fake. I wonder if the other rumor was just crap also.

We also had Resident Evil in April....
And I honestly doubt FF:CC will be out by July....as with 1080 2. Although, it could happen.
Anyway I this is pretty good news. After what I've heard of Ikaruga, it sounds like a good game, so I will give it a try.

1080 2's made by NST. It will most likely be released here then.
