You are a welcher. I believe we had a bet on the Eagles/Redskins game earlier in the year in which one of the stiplulations that, were you to lose, you would have to put "EAGLES RULE!!!" in your sig until the Eagles played the Redskins again later in the season.
As I recall the Eagles won, but low and behold 'Eagles RULE!!!" is nowhere to be found in your sig and the Eagles have not played the Redskins again as yet. Would someone with authority please enforce the stipulations of this bet since Death's Hand refuses to?
