I'm getting PS2...what games should i get????
Hey everyone,
I'm getting PS2, and i'm kinda confused aboot which games to get, first of all, i'm definately getting GTA: VC and then i'm probably getting SOCOM, but i don't know what else to get...any help would be nice

Kingdom Hearts is Square in the Disney universe
People might think it's kiddy...but the story works similarly to any of the other Square RPGs...
Battles are action...not turn-based, and the fights work quite well with the ability to use items and magic. The only real beef I have with the game is its camera. It can get annoying sometimes, but KH is still a very good game.
as for games I recommend...(other than Kingdom Hearts)
Gran Turismo 3 (only like $15)
Metal Gear Solid 2 (same)
Devil May Cry (same)
SSX (same)
Final Fantasy X
Hot Shots Golf 3
Ratchet and Clank
SOCOM: US Navy SEALS (only if you plan on going online with it)
Grand Theft Auto 3 and/or Vice City
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 4 (online play is a bonus)

Twisted Metal Black is quite fun and the roomates and myself really enjoy SSX tricky.

come on, straight 10 rated game... Now for just 19.99 in the greatest hits collection............ How can you go wrong with that?
Metal gear solid 2... abosulty loved that.
i liked twisted metal black. but it kinda gets old fast.
the SSX games are very enjoyable.
jak and daxter, fun game, only 19.99 now also.

If you want an RPG get FFX and KH (they are the most casual RPGs out right now)...I wouldn't recommned Suikoden III and Legaia 2 to you, unless you're serious about RPGs. But they are very awesome games. Other than I, you should probably gte MGS2 and Devil May Cry.
