the second site doesn't make smilies but its has something called the EmotiPad 2. You put your smilies and everything it's pretty cool

Your quite right in saying that a lot of the smilies you see in EmotiPad seem to have come from MySmilies and you would be right to an extent... although MySmilies do not own them....

We have included them in EmotiPad with the permission of MySmilies as a way to emphasise the way in which EmotiPad works.... nothing more.

You are supposed to upload all your smilies in the pad to your own websapce to preserve the bandwidth of anywhere you drag additonal smilies from... of course, the ones that come with EmotiPad you are welcome to use as we pay for that bandwidth.

It is merely a vessel in which to store and use your favourite emoticons or other images...
