Mario Party 4

I know there are a lot of people who dont like the Mario Party seires too much, but I for one think that if played with a couple of friends who know how to have a fun time, it can be one of the greatest multiplayer games ever. I rented MP4, and played it with 2 friends and my brother, and I was just wondering what your opinoins were, those of you who have played it. Pretty much all of our favorte minigame was Avalanche. There are some really fun Minigames, and almost no true stinkers, like the previous game had some of. So what is everybody else's favorite minigames?

Not mind boggeling, but not at all bad. One Particular minigame has some REALLY neat lighting effects, and another with some truly beautiful water/wave effects. Everything looks pretty sharp from what I notice.

FPS are the best multiplayer games by far

It is a great game, but still, MP 1, 2, 3...you get tired of the same concept.

They're just jealous because they don't have any friends to play it with.

Mario party is a really fun game.....however the single player is horrible .....and only persons that are bored out of their wits or persons that just want the practice at the mini games( to beat their friends) ill play single player. It's not a bad buy....but it's the same old format with new mini games.

I played MP1, it was aight... and yes I played 4 players most of the time I played it.

I think for Multi-played fun, somthing more Co-op is better, but for competitive play MP is decent... I think Pokemon Stadium's multi play game beats Mario Party

I guess I just don't like the board game thing.

Not if you have friends to play with... Seriously, I think they're killing it. But if you play with friends, it almost beats SSBM and Perfect Dark in multi-player

If you dont like the board game, you can just play the minigames, like play the first person to win 5 minigames wins, no bored game at all. And while the minigames in Pokemon Stadium werent bad, they arent nearly as good as some of them in MP4.

I love the MP games. Its great when you play with other peoples. I havent had a chance to play 4, but I hope to rent it when I get the chance.

Don't bother buying it if you have no one to play with. If you do, it's more than worth a purchase.

I personally think that MP4 isn't that great. My friend and I played it and they took away the dueling thing from MP3 and they took away the dueling when you land on the same space as someone. Also the computers always use their items even when they don't need to use them and it gets really annoying. Some of the minigames are really stupid, but there are a couple really good ones. The game is pretty good, but they could have made it better by adding a couple things from the previous mario parties.
