Cross Country

I was just wondering if any of my fellow GameTaverners were cross country runners. If you are I would be interested to konw your best time.

My best is 17:36 for 5000 meters.

all I know is that about a year ago I almost could run a mile in under 7 minutes

No, I dont run cross country, but I did do track 7th and 8th grade, I did the 200M dash and the 200M relay. Our relay just about got to go to state in 8th grade, If we just would've placed one Higher...we got 3rd place in sectional, needed to be in top 2...oh well

I was actually pretty good, I cant remember my best time for the 200...hmm...lemme check...bah, they never wrote the times on my ribbons...and I cant remember what kind of times I used to get...under 30 seconds I know that for a fact...

Yeha, I'm in track too. I run the 400m in 52. I run the 800m in 2:05, and am also in the 4x800.

I ran the 200m once in 10th grade. I got 24 seconds in it.

that sounds pretty darn good...I wonder what I could get if I ran it now...prolly not that great, cuz im out of shape now...

I'm not a fast runner but in 7th grade i got in fifty something.

I think it was 3 or 4 km
