How to become a Mod?
It's pretty much impossible at this point 
You get voted in by the other mods... But we have enough active admins/Supermods/Mods to keep the site coverd, even if one or two more of us leave... so like I said, kinda impossible right now... wait a while and the opprotunity will come.
