A question about Resident Evil...
What's the point in that question that they ask you when you start the game (Something like "How do you feel about video games" or something)? It doesn't seem to serve any purpose whatsoever.

actually yeah, it has a purpose. it asks you if you like hiking or mountain climbing, hiking is the easier route with less zombies and more ammo and recovery items. mountain climbing is the opposite, more zombies and less items. also completing a mountain climbing route results in more goodies.

Or to make it easier:
Hiking = Easy
Mountain Climbing = Normal
And then once you beat the game on any difficulty level, you just get them as normal difficulty settings instead of the dumb question... Easy, Normal, and Hard as well...
Yep...
And as for getting goodies, all the GOOD goodies (like the special weapons and modes I think) you can only get by beating the game on normal or hard...
Whereas all you can get on easy are the extra costumes...

What?? So I've chosen the hard difficulty without knowing it??? :eek:
I thought it was just a question about cheating...
Since I'm very low on ammo, I'll start over again on easy... I used too many saves anyway.

Angrist, you can save as many times as you want, it won't affect what goodies you get at the end.

Sure it won't effect the goodies at the end, but you can't save as many times as you want... cuz you need ink ribbons to save
I've never run out in any RE game though...
I hated how in RE2, saves effected the goodies you got... running through the whole damn game really fast and only saving like 2 times... it was quite a bit nerve racking for me, especially before boss fights

Yeah, I think you had to beat it in like two or three hours to get some stuff. It was hard, but I was able to do it...eventually.
