Car Battler Joe

Hey i reccently was looking through the newest issue of Gamepro magazine and they reveiwed a game called Car Battler Joe for GBA its an RPG where you drive around in a car and battle people and earn money to buy upgrades and stuff it looked cool and got good ratings so i went to check it out on some sites but it doesn`t come up on Gamefaqs, Gamespot or any other sites that i check does anyone have any info?

Car Battler Joe will be released Late August-Early september cause on IGN.Pocket at the store it said Sep 1 2002 and then in Gamepro Magazine and on this other site it said August so around there
