Yeah.....
Any new games come out for XBox that made it go up? But I'm not surprised 'Cube sales went down. People already bought what they need

Cool. I don't think PS2 will ever stop dominating the charts...

Yeah, it probably won't. The race is really for second place right now, between GameCube and Xbox. It seems as though the Dreamcast has disappeared from the chart this week though, sort of odd.

It looks like Murakamo was able to push some XBox's, although not enough to really matter.

You're wrong, it's a race for 3rd. The GBA has taken its position in 2nd place, though with the new flurry of titles, it 'could' (though I doubt it) topple the PS2 (again let me stress this is unlikely ).

Murakumo and Crazy Taxi 3 came out the same day. Both did pretty well. Murakumo sold 22,000 or there abouts and Crazy Taxi 3 sold about 8500. Murakumo has been pegged as sort of a system seller. Must've helped sales spike just a bit.

I'm hoping the sales pick up once Tekki and Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 come out next month.

rather than posting the number of ps2s sold why don't we just post the number of people left in japan who don't own a ps2. It seems like the number would be smaller.

how many total ps2s sold in the US btw?

Because the number of people living in Japan is constantly changing and it would be impossible to get an exact number, that is why.

30 million have been shipped world wide. 10 million have been shipped to Japan alone... And the other 20 million are in Canada, US, and Europe....
