What's your max?
How much weight can you bench press? And while you're at it post your own weight and height.
The most I've benched was 165 lbs, and I'm 5'9", & 135 lbs.

Even the bar ussualy ways about 45 pounds...here anyway...
Anywhoo...I do 180 (though I dont think I have really tried higher...maybe I should), Im 5'11'', and 130 pounds.

Ehm haven't really tried how much I can bench (=lift?), but I know I can at least lift 25 kg. When working I often have to lift crates with beer and stuff. I can lift at least 2 at a time... dunno how much they weight.
I'm 1m83 and I weight about 72 kg.
