You need a massage..a professional one..I'm not talking about the one mommy will give you or your GF will. Oh yeah get someone to stretch your arm, that helps plus it feels good.
But that's the only method I know that gets rid of Latic acid .....if you can't get a massage just stretch alot... and it should go away in a few days ( ps the massage doesn't get rid of it right away either but it get's out faster).....and if you don't want to feel like this again don't work the muscle so hard again. lol
Ps: did you do stretch after ever two sets??

your muscles need it.

oh yeah I know what it feels like.....I did a heavy work out with legs....and damn it hurt like hell...I couldn't walk properly for about 5 days.
