Does the PAL PS2 Support DTS/Dolby 5.1 for DVD's AND Games????

I'm bloody trying to figure this out.

I'm trying to run DTS but it doesn't work properly!

DTS I hear nothing. Dolby it bloody echos!!!

I HATE THIS STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please I need Help!

So does it? For games and DVD's. If so which games are good for testing???

PS I've plugged it through using an optic fibre cable going from PS2 to my amp (120x5 Pioneer VSX D710S).

And yes i have 5 speakers and a sub
