To ME it will be entertaining if something happens. If you read the article, you'll understand what I meant I guess what I'm saying is that int he first week, hackers will be able to access your 'Box, go deeep into the hard drive, and find all the info you put when you sign up for XB Live. Your name, phone#, credit card #, etc....But I know how M$ is, they try and hide it in the deepest parts of the hard drive (f*ckmicrosoft.com [uncensored url if you wanna check] has an article about how everything you have ever read/looked at is stored far far away in the hard drive, you just have to delve deeep into dos to find it.) But I can't wait!

hmmm that does seem like it could be a bit entertaining... as long as they don't get ahold of my information... then again, I don't have an XBox... and when I do get one (which I hope to do), I won't go online with it, just like I won't go online with PS2 or NGC
Anyways... It's funny when bad stuff happens and people try to deny it...

OMG what like they can not do this now! do you really think a firewall is really going to stop a hacker getting on your computer right now. hell give me your IP and I will show you that with ease to download tools i could hack the crap out of your puter for you and i'm no hacker! And I got to ask do you really think the PS2 or Gamecube is really going to safe? Oh and there is no way Microsoft would be so stupid as to store the Credit card numbers on the harddrive you know they have been doing online gaming for some time now.
Also Is it me or is this just a bit old Mod chips have been onsale for 2 or 3 weeks over here in the UK which ummmm let you run original code on the Xbox!

I trust my lil' 'Cube You don't know what M$ is capable of doing. They make it easy for hackers to steal your identity. Just look at all the loopholes XP has already had, and there is more to come. Plus the XBox is more similar to the PC(duh!). Hell some dude already has got Linux running. Whats next.

Yes, anyone familiar with online gaming and computers could've told you that the info stored on Xbox can be easily found, and transfered. The serial number is used to identify you online, I mean DC did it back with PSO.
There is a slight chance Microsoft will store your personal information on your Xbox, but chances are they will store your username and password, to get online easily, but signing up is done via a website accessed using the Xbox Live software. See MS has been around for a while, and Windows has sucked for just as long. Xbox is running Windows CE, so it's just saying security holes all over it. With a HD, it gets worse.
MS isn't stupid, well they actually are, but they know that suck when it comes to security, so I'm sure they will plan for it.

Ah, as long as they can't get my Social Security # or my e-mail or home address I don't care.
