This is in Hamburg. It's the biggest model railroad in the world and it also has a working airport and many cars driving around. Plus there are many different scenarios that can be displayed as well as many models of places around the world. It's pretty awesome.

That's definitely a good way to feel like God, though. Standing among a miniature working version of your own city. That would almost be a surreal experience.
