So I hear that Too Human didn't live up to the hype.

Shame, because I was excited to see another Silicon Knights game since Eternal Darkness.

Well, the demo sure did suck. One less game to be bothered with as we head into the shitstorm that is the fall/holiday lineup.

The game is a 14 year in the making Diablo clone, just not a very good one. The targeting system is broke and the story is nonsense. The weapons and armor are just like Diablo plus guns. Save your money and wait for Diablo 3 or go get Diablo 2.

But the game in it's current for was not in development that entire time, either. It was only 3 or 4 years ago that they started this version, they just scrapped a lot of ideas before then. Of course, 3 or 4 years is still a long time. My biggest problem with it is that most of the issues could easily have been fixed through focus groups. That being said, I still think it's a really fun game. It's got bugs, and many other issues but the shit's fun, and that's all that matters.

I beat the game in 4 days (not grinding either) and the story was bizarre to say the least. I like the whole mythology cross with sci-fi thing. I just wish the story had more meat to it and the game play was better. Aiming is broken and the swing with the right analog stick is crap. I’m not sure about you guys but after years of playing games and using that stick for looking around its hard to not walk in a room and start swinging at nothing. The loot drop is cool but I completed two sets in no time and I didn’t even get any bonuses for having the whole set. Diablo is much better, enough said.
