Revival: Okami
Well, I got back into Okami, on the Wii this time however.
I'm liking the new control scheme. The Wiimote for the celestial brush makes the gameplay much, much faster and enjoyable.
The game as always looks fantastic with its vibrant colors and art style.
Anyone else have some opinions?

Re: Revival: Okami
Yea, I played through it about a month ago on Wii. I liked it a lot, its a great game, but I almost feel like it drags on a little too long, and is a little boring at times.

Re: Revival: Okami
Well I recommend it if you want to get some more use out of your Wii. The game looks nice in widescreen and 16:9 as well and it's got some length to it.

Yeah, I'm thinking about picking it up, but I haven't even played Zack and Wiki yet.

Re: Revival: Okami
Oh wow. You have that? I heard that game was also spectacular. Didn't look like my cup of tea though.

Re: Revival: Okami
I've played it some, but I'm kind of disgusted by the over-the-top anime thing. I know a ton of people in the anime club at my school that loved it to death and munched on chocolate bars like Zack does (with disgusting teeth, too. What a disturbing mental image.)
I don't know. I hope Okami is a little less.. extreme, and more importantly, fun to play.

Re: Revival: Okami
once you get into zack and wiki is amazing, im still hoping for a sequel, i made it my goal to beat it without using the dolls or whatever the other thing was, ended up using a doll on the final level because i was sick of doing it over and dying at the end.
but its one of the best games out there for wii.
