I saw it about a week ago and it was so epic when I saw the first half of this thread's title 'Have you SEEN the music' I knew what the thread was about. The CD (The Red Album) as a whole isn't as impressive. The first half of the CD is decidedly better than the second half.

Listening to the song, I just kept thinking "I've heard Weezer play this song before..." But it only sounds like a Weezer song I've heard before... about 10 times before...

I've pretty much accepted the conclusion that Weezer will never be good again. They might show some moments that might take you back to the first two records, but I think Rivers has permanently lost it. It's a bummer, but I can still look back and listen to the Blue Album and Pinkerton and remember why this band is still relevant.

And I seriously doubt it cost them that much to get YouTube 'celebrities' in their video. Most of those people would've done it for free just for the increased exposure.
