Admin conclusion: Probably a brief server outage. But it has unearthed the growing concern that the domain could expire any time now, as I honestly don't remember when it's supposed to be renewed, but I think Neo did shell out the money for a full vB licence. I emailed Neo today about the outage but there hasn't been any reply yet.
