I'd sue Google if I was this kid. For humiliating me. The guy who took the photo could've waited 5 seconds and let the kid get up.
Funny though

A guy didn't take the photo, a machine did. They drive at very specific times and they couldn't stop / probably didn't even notice in the first place.

A few pictures later you can still see him lying on the ground.
Fun service, but what if I don't want my properties to show up on that?

Can't wait for the first incidental capture of murder.

Ha, thats really funny. Ive heard a lot about that streetview thing on the news. Personally, I think people need to stop whining. Its a public road for gods sake, and its one photograph out of millions online.

Yes, but there's also laws, many of which I wouldn't be surprised if Google is breaking. It's not so much that Google has the photos, but Google is profiting off the photos of your public property. It doesn't matter if you're on public or private property, it's not where the picture is taken from, it's what is in the picture.
Put it this way, there's so many laws on photography that I'm not even allowed to use a picture of DigiPen in a game made at DigiPen. Why? The property is technically owned by Nintendo, so I would need written permission to use a photograph of their building.
If you felt like a lawsuit, I'm pretty sure you could take on Google and win. You won't get rich, but you could force Google to take it down.

Yeah, but.. that's not a law, that's your willingness to abide by their NDA. Isn't it?
