Perfectly honest with you, they didn't need it.

Mario seems to have been strong enough to carry them through the holiday season. It also helps that the console can't be found in stores.

We got Smash Bros in Feb which will "help" the Wii continue its momentum.

So really, it makes sense to position it lower into the year.
Also from what I heard it does have a lot of text and an additional channel.

I think they still have Balance Board production issues and that's why you and we have to wait for Wii Fit.

Now that it's a succes, I assume they're opening another factory to build those BBs.
