I assume I'll probably be upgrading my computer around the time of it's release.... Due to it's release...

I can't wait... I have such fond memories of Starcraft, the good times, the good people... The bad people... the 56K disconnects... I'm tempted to play through the single player campaign again...

I find it interesting that they're not introducing any new races into the mix, and by interesting I mean slightly dissapointing.
Although, given Warcraft III's development history, there's plenty of time for change...

The gameplay videos do a hell of a lot more justice to the game's graphics than the screenshots, even if they are of the super crappy low quality youtube variety.

Starcraft was pretty sweet, so here's to hoping Blizzard doesn't f*ck it up.

Even though it would have been pretty stupid of Blizzard to make a Starcraft MMORPG, it's nice to know that they are making Starcraft 2 for sure.

Basically, prior to this news, I was expecting Diablo 3 or Starcraft 2, and either or is pretty sweet. Basically, I can't wait for this. Judging by whats there...hopefully it won't be delayed for 12 years Blizzard style.

Warcraft III was different with the same atmosphere, it was great. I'm sure Blizzard won't mess this one up. You know what they do with games that aren't good enough. Give us SC: Ghost.

What's with the no new races? They better come out with one for the expansion.
I like the idea of not having to worry about hero units, though it would have been cool to see SC style heros. The other thing I like is the lack of a unit cap which enable us to make massive armies. On the downside though there will be less microstrategizing and more hope and pray. Plus it will be extremely taxing graphically with hundreds and hundreds of onscreen units.

Give us a 100% robots/AI race.

Give them a story where they took over their human dominence on one planet.

My brother came up with a 100% psi-energy race..... as in: not material. Just energy floating around and forming units.

I saw some more gameplay movies and it's really growing on me.

I like the idea of the Protoss Mother Ship. It's a unique unit (you can only have 1 at a time) and very expensive. But it's amazingly powerful. It adds a whole new depth to the game.

I assume that every race will have one of those units (comparable to heroes). Maybe the Zerg will have something like a very powerfull Queen and the Terran some bad ass ship.

Armor types are more important this time, adding more strategy.

I like it.
