Sounds like a punchline for your comic.

You pull the reader in with a "I was home sick today..."

Which leads the reader to believe the post will contain serious subject matter. Then you do a complete 180 and surprise the reader by showing that you did something creative and comical in nature while at home sick.

This is where I get ready for Spinning Class every Tuesday and Thursday:
