Default In retrospective: Ikaruga

I got Ikaruga on Ebay recently (for a really good price, too). Who else owns this, aside from Teuthida?

I like it a lot, and even turned my TV on its side. I like how you gain more credits the more you play, because I find it pretty difficult. I think Maddox was totally right on it.

The one thing I don't like about giving you more lives is that you can beat the game easily (though with a crap score) using life after life. If I have to use another credit I would usually start the game over rather than continue.

Ive been wanting it, but I dont want to have to buy it used. And it costs a lot of money new.

What's wrong with used? The copy I got is like brand new.

The people who DID buy this game are probably the ones that took the best care of it. Alternately, the people who bought this and hated it have a really high chance of sellback immediately, showing much less chance for the disc to get scratched or soiled.

Think about it.
